Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager in Digital Product Engineering, you’ll leverage your extensive product management and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence within our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of complex product strategies and roadmaps
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Stay current with emerging product management trends, tools and best practices
• Contribute to the development of product strategies and roadmaps

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Extensive experience in product management, including defining and articulating product vision, strategy, goals and roadmap
• Masterful proficiency in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, project teams, functional managers and specialists from various areas
• Proven track record of building consensus, managing expectations and facilitating effective decision‑making and prioritisation
• Expertise in defining Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) and managing product backlogs
• Experience in leading and working within multidisciplinary teams, considering both business and technical considerations/constraints
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
• Strong foundation in Agile and Dev Ops practices
• Understanding of micro‑services architecture and design patterns
• Proficiency in data modelling and data management
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops practices
• Understanding of micro‑services architecture and design patterns
• Proficiency in data modelling and data management
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
