Experienced Welder / Fabricator - Cover Supervisor (Late Shift)

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Welder / Fabricator with the potential to step into a Cover Supervisor role (initially covering holidays), to support our growing workload throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong fabrication background and previous leadership or supervisory experience who is looking to progress.

• MIG and TIG welding on high-quality work
• Fabrication to a high standard
• Supporting the team across different areas when required
• Covering supervisor duties during holidays and absences
• Working as part of a skilled, professional team

• Strong background in MIG & TIG welding (essential)
• Aluminium welding experience is a major advantage and will attract a higher rate
• Proven fabrication experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a workshop or industrial environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-focused with a flexible approach

£16.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience. Aluminium welding experience will command a higher rate.

PM Shift:

• Monday to Wednesday, 2:00pm - 12:00 midnight
• Thursday, 2:00pm - 11:30pm
• Fridays off
• Overtime:
  Fridays available at time and a half
