Shift: 8am to 4:30pm Mon to Thu

Pay Rate: £15.00 to £18.00 per hour DOE

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Our client is a creative design and manufacturing business specialising in bespoke retail environments, furniture, and interior installations for well-known UK brands.

• Manufacture, assemble, and finish bespoke retail furniture and display units from technical drawings and specifications.
• Operate a wide range of woodworking machinery and hand tools, including saws, routers, planers, and sanders.
• Work with a variety of materials such as hardwood, MDF, laminates, and solid surfaces.
• Ensure a high-quality finish on all joinery work, maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship standards.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other joiners to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings and timely completion of projects.
• Participate in assembly and fitting of units within the workshop, with occasional support for on-site installations.

• Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner or similar role within a manufacturing or shopfitting environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
• Competent in the safe use of woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
