Up To £40,000 PA DOE
Day Shift
Are you a hands‑on problem solver with a passion for keeping machinery running at peak performance? We are on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client and help them drive excellence in precision engineering.
The Role- Performing reactive and planned maintenance on CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment
- Proving mechanical repairs on shafts, gearboxes, chains and pumps
- Diagnosing PLC faults and implementing effective solutions
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability
- Collaborating with production teams to minimise downtime and optimise performance
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Holding an HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous
- Competitive salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience
- Day shift: 6.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday
