As a Business Management Executive
, your role will involve supporting and gradually overseeing several operational and leadership functions, including:
- Assisting with the coordination of daily customer acquisition campaigns
- Representing clients professionally during customer engagement activities
- Tracking campaign performance metrics and supporting target achievement
- Leading or assisting with team briefings and daily performance reviews
- Supporting team development through coaching and feedback
- Maintaining clear reporting and ensuring alignment with company processes
- Identifying areas to improve efficiency and campaign performance
- Contributing ideas that support business growth and expansion initiatives
