As a Business Management Executive
, your role will involve supporting and gradually overseeing several operational and leadership functions, including:

• Assisting with the coordination of daily customer acquisition campaigns
• Representing clients professionally during customer engagement activities
• Tracking campaign performance metrics and supporting target achievement
• Leading or assisting with team briefings and daily performance reviews
• Supporting team development through coaching and feedback
• Maintaining clear reporting and ensuring alignment with company processes
• Identifying areas to improve efficiency and campaign performance
• Contributing ideas that support business growth and expansion initiatives
