Join the team as our Head of Transport
, where you will lead the strategic management of Leicestershire Police’s transport and fleet function.

As the organisations professional advisor on all transport matters, you will drive best practice, innovation and operational excellence across fleet strategy.

You’ll oversee the integration of fleet IT systems, optimise preventative maintenance and service schedules, managing all contracting and procurement activity.

As well as the day-to-day operations and performance, you will provide strong management, developing staff capability, delivering cost effective fleet solutions.

• Management experience within a commercial or retail motor vehicle industry, including workshop and fleet
• Experience of implementing and developing a fleet strategy
• Engineering qualification in Vehicle Technology
