Area Manager – Lidl

As a Lidl Area Manager, you will take responsibility for ensuring our stores operate efficiently, mentor Store Managers, empower teams, and drive performance across multiple sites.

• Regularly visit stores to keep operations running like clockwork, with a focus on efficiency, productivity and operational compliance.
• Mentor and support Store Managers through recruiting, training and development of their teams while improving store performance.
• Empower teams to achieve KPIs and maintain high standards.
• Create an environment where teams can do their best work shift after shift, in line with Lidl’s Leadership & Company Values.
• Motivate and lead teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results.
• Analyse complex reports, determine next steps and oversee the effectiveness of new initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the ever‑changing aspects of the business.
• Communicate effectively to support teams with new launches, concepts and processes.
• Partner with Store Managers to coordinate multiple stores, support their teams, hit KPIs and deliver your best work.

• A full UK driving licence.

£66,000 – £94,000 per annum | 35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | Full & Part‑Time opportunities | Ongoing training | 10% in‑store discount.
