Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + up to 40% Bonus + 25 days AL + BH

We are working with a well-established, multi-site elderly care provider seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a large luxury residential care home delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

This is a significant leadership opportunity for a confident, credible operator to take ownership of a sizeable service, embed strong leadership foundations, and drive sustainable improvement. The home forms part of a wider national portfolio, offering the incoming manager the benefit of robust regional and central support, while still retaining autonomy at home level.

Managers are trusted to run their homes effectively, supported by experienced regional leadership teams and central quality, HR, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and operationally manage a large luxury residential care home
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and high-quality resident and family experience
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, customer-focused team
  • Embed strong governance, compliance, and quality assurance frameworks
  • Drive occupancy performance, reputation, and long-term sustainability
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly residential care, ideally within large or luxury services
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
  • Strong operational, commercial, and people-leadership capability
  • Confident, visible leader with excellent communication and organisational skills

Location

The home is based in Leicester and is commutable from Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Kettering, Corby, Northampton, Oakham, Stamford, and surrounding areas.
