Team Leader - PM Shift (13:30-22:00)

Ideal Recruit is urgently seeking a Team Leader to join our client's inbound department for the PM shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and warehouse experience to join a growing and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate daily inbound warehouse operations
- Support, motivate, and guide team members
- Maintain high standards of work quality and accuracy
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Communicate effectively with the wider warehouse and management teams
- Maintain documentation and system accuracy
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Strong IT/system skills and confidence working with data
- Demonstrated team management or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- High energy, positive attitude, and proactive mindset
