Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Main Contractor

RMJ Construction & Development, Inc. – a leading building contractor delivering projects across commercial, education, leisure, care, retirement, student accommodation and high‑rise residential projects ranging from £5m to £50m.

Our client has a history of delivering high‑quality developments and offers the opportunity to work on a range of projects across the public and private sectors. The business has recently been awarded several new projects starting across 2026 and is embarking on an exciting period of structured growth.

The initial project (starting early 2026) is a contemporary residential development consisting of clusters of apartments and modern town houses in Leicester (£20m).

• Basic salary of £72,500 – £82,500 (DOE)

• Ability to manage delivery teams and project stakeholders effectively
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Commitment to quality, safety and client satisfaction
• Strong leadership and communication skills

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must demonstrate a track record as a Project Manager delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor with budgets of £10m+.
