Manager In Trainee

Dominos is currently recruiting for Manager In Training (MIT) positions within Leicestershire Area covering
Dominos stores in Swadlincote, Ashby and Coalville. The Manager In Training role is a fast paced, hands‑on, career progression programme that helps you gain quick, valuable and effective knowledge to lead you towards being a Domino’s Manager in 12‑18 months. If you can manage quality, manage speed and manage people; you will be able to produce great results.

A Manager‑in‑Training role with Domino’s Pizza is rewarding and involves working flexible hours in a fun, team environment. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will receive training and development in all areas of store operations, learning about the daily aspects of running a Domino’s store efficiently and profitably. You will also learn how to lead, coach and inspire all team members to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times.

• No prior qualifications required
• 1‑2 years’ experience in a fast paced QSR role is desirable
• Ability to work in target based environment
• Experience in working independently with a result orientation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills

• Flexible Shift Runner (No supervisory experience) - £24,456.00 per year
• Full‑Time Shift Runner (Minimum 6 months demonstrable supervisory experience) - £25,456.00 per year
