As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in your area, ensuring efficiency and alignment with overall shift objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team.

• Analyse and improve operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Foster a culture of safety first
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure adherence to company policies
• Manage resources and KPIs to consistently meet customer expectations while maintaining a safe workplace and equipment for all colleagues

• Experience in managing health and safety in warehouse operations
• Experience in a fast‑moving chilled or frozen food warehouse operation
• Experience in managing people
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Capability with Microsoft Office applications
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification
• HACCP Level 2 certification
• Qualification in People Management and Leadership
