Qualifications

Required:

Proven experience in children’s residential care management

Experience in Years

Previous experience supporting and managing children’s homes

You will join the children’s residential care division, providing parachute support to Registered Managers where additional expertise is required. Your responsibilities include delivering audits, coaching and mentoring staff to ensure best practice and continuous improvement, providing interim management cover in homes without a manager, and guiding teams to maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Operations Manager with a strong background in children’s residential care. You will be confident supporting and developing staff teams, ensuring compliance with care standards, and driving quality and consistency across multiple homes.
