🚀 The Opportunity

I’m recruiting for a nationwide specialist contractor within the facilities management sector, delivering ventilation and duct cleaning services to major household-name clients across retail, hospitality, healthcare and commercial environments throughout the UK.

Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Duct Cleaning Supervisor to lead teams across both day and night shifts.

This isn’t just a job — there’s a structured progression pathway in place, with ongoing development and industry training courses available.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

* Supervising duct cleaning and ventilation hygiene teams on-site

* Leading works across commercial kitchen and facility environments

* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations

* Liaising with clients and site contacts

* Completing reports and documentation

* Travelling to sites nationwide (company van provided)

* Working a mix of day and night shifts

Overtime is available to increase your earnings.

🎯 What They’re Looking For

* Previous experience in duct cleaning / ventilation hygiene

* Experience in a supervisory or team leader role

* Strong knowledge of the market and industry standards

* Confident leading teams on-site

* Flexible to work both day and night shifts

* Full UK driving licence (essential)
