We’re on the lookout for a passionate Housekeeper to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As an Housekeeping Operative, you’ll support the operation of the Club's training ground facilities, maintaining the highest standards and creating an environment that we are all proud to work in. Reporting into the Executive Housekeeper, your main responsibility is to help deliver a first‑class cleaning schedule across the site.

While prior experience in a similar role is helpful, it’s not essential. We are looking for people with a positive and proactive attitude, who understand the essential role they play in maintaining the training ground, have keen attention to detail, and take pride in delivering a high-quality service.

As this is a 7-day operation, the successful candidate will need to follow a flexible rota, working 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends. Due to the private/remote location of the training ground, access to own transportation is required as there are no direct public transport routes available.
