In this varied role you will be supervising a tight-knit maintenance team where your role will be split 50-50 between PPM and reactive maintenance. This role will include a variety of supervisory duties as well as electrical maintenance and facilities management. This role is bi-weekly working from 7am to 3.30pm and 12.30pm to 9pm.

This role would suit a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor from an electrical background, looking for a relaxed role in a stable company that offers a great work-life balance.

Building fabric / facilities maintenance (electrically biased)
PPM and reactive maintenance
