Overview

Senior Residential Property Solicitor - An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well established and highly regarded Top 200 and Chambers ranked practice. This role is ideally suited to a Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE who can demonstrate technical excellence in residential conveyancing and who is motivated to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.

The firm’s large and comprehensive property team acts for a wide range of clients across all aspects of conveyancing, including property and land ownership, acquisitions, sales, leases, and development matters. In this role, you will assist in the continued development of the department while managing a varied caseload that includes sales and purchases of high-net-worth freehold and leasehold properties, listed building legislation matters, re-mortgages, and equity release transactions.

They are looking for a Solicitor with 5+ years PQE, strong commercial awareness, and excellent client relationship skills, together with a proven ability to generate work and contribute to the growth of the practice. Experience mentoring or supervising junior members of the team would be highly desirable given the leadership aspect of the role.
