Join the Paralegal - Infrastructure role at Shakespeare Martineau and work with a passionate, high‑performing team delivering large‑scale real‑estate projects across the UK.
What you will be doing- Providing paralegal support to the infrastructure team
- Liaising with clients, handling queries and enquiries where appropriate
- Being responsible for and conducting various aspects of transactions
- Drafting and producing forms and transactional documentation and conducting some transactions from start to finish, with support from other team members
- Working with other team members on larger projects
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A keen desire to learn and enhance your existing skills
- A hands‑on approach to work with and be part of a wider team
- The ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike
- The ability to manage time effectively and manage client demands
- A desire to develop the knowledge and expertise
- Self‑motivated and with a desire to succeed
- Well‑organised and motivated
- Able to self‑manage and take ownership of problems and pieces of work
- Highly enthusiastic, willing to go the extra mile and be happy to go beyond the job description
- Respectful towards others and have a positive, willing and ‘can do’ attitude
- Keen to learn, interested in driving your own career progression and be proactive in taking ownership of this
