Location: Suffolk + 3 Days per Week on Customer Site
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world‑class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.
What you’ll doAs a Programme Manager in the Customer Delivery function, you will lead complex, multi‑workstream customer programmes from inception through to successful business outcome delivery within time, cost, quality, regulatory, and contractual boundaries.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping deals, governing delivery, and managing the full programme lifecycle combining technical expertise with strategic consulting and customer partnership. This role is pivotal in shaping solutions that meet customer needs while driving business growth in highly agile environments. You will ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual terms and integrate effectively into the wider programme.
Additionally, you will be involved at the inception of a customer engagement, deal shaping customer requirements into viable delivery models, resource plans, cost models and influencing the commercial constructs.
Who you are- Build
Experience:
Oversee delivery during build phases, ensuring technical integrity and operational readiness. - Business Carve-Out Expertise/ Exit & Transition Management
- Prince Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner or equivalent.
- Experience setting up & delivering large programmes in consulting, professional services, or telecoms/technology environments.
