We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solution Architect with proven experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring seamless transition of data across platforms while maintaining integrity, security, and performance.

• Solution Design:
  Architect scalable and secure data solutions for migration projects.
• Define data models, integration patterns, and migration frameworks.
• Develop and execute migration plans for on-premise to cloud or cross-cloud environments.
• Ensure minimal downtime and data consistency during migration.
• Technical Leadership:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide guidance to development and data engineering teams.
• Performance & Compliance:
  Optimize data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.

• Strong experience in data architecture

• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data migration tools (Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL

• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse).
