Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking to shape the future of technology-enhanced business change?

We’re seeking a talented Business Analyst to join a fast-moving digital transformation programme. You’ll act as the crucial link between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, and key stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops to map customer journeys, analyse current processes, and define future-state solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and high-level technical specifications.
• Support data analysis, business cases, and options appraisals to prioritise transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to business readiness, benefits tracking, and change adoption.
• Support programme delivery, including nivertical integration testing, training, and quality assurance activities.

• 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology-focused change programmes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in business process modelling, requirements elicitation, and documentation (Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN).
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyse complex issues, and deliver actionable insights.
