Join Purple Beard Training for a fully funded Skills Bootcamp leading directly into a paid apprenticeship within the NHS Trust in Leicester. This role is open only to Leicester residents.

Leicester (70% remote training and 30% Face‑to‑Face during the Bootcamp). Apprenticeship requires on‑site travel 2–3 days per week to Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Chesterfield or Lincolnshire.

Bootcamp: 8 weeks, hybrid (virtual and in‑person).
Apprenticeship: 2 years, level 3 Digital Support Technician.

• NHS digital system knowledge
• IT support and troubleshooting
• Data protection & GDPR compliance
• Real‑world support for clinical teams

• 8 weeks of online training covering Nerve Centre, IT fundamentals, GDPR, healthcare communication and data handling.
• Hands‑on support from NHS professionals and trainers.
• Opportunity to interview for a 15‑month paid Level 3 apprenticeship as a Digital Support Technician.

The Bootcamp starts 26 January 2026.

Pay: From £21,000 per year upon successful completion of the Bootcamp.
