  • Printers and printing troubleshooting experience
  • Windows 10/11 application support
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of providing IT support using remote desktop
  • Experience of, and ability to work independently in a rotational shift pattern.
  • Incident management and administration using ITSM suites such as Manage Engine Service Desk Plus, Service Now, Zoho Desk, Fresh Service, Zendesk etc
