- In-depth knowledge and understanding of MS Office 365 including Teams, One Drive, Outlook, and other related
- SAP production systems and user maintenance
- Printers and printing troubleshooting experience
- Windows 10/11 application support
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of providing IT support using remote desktop
- Experience of, and ability to work independently in a rotational shift pattern.
- Incident management and administration using ITSM suites such as Manage Engine Service Desk Plus, Service Now, Zoho Desk, Fresh Service, Zendesk etc
