In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Product Manager in Digital Product Engineering, you'll bring your strategic and collaborative skills to our team, contributing to the creation and alignment of teams around the product's vision, goals, and success metrics. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning and growing as you help drive impactful business outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Create and align teams around the product's vision, goals, and success metrics
  • Gather insights, perform market and customer research, and consider perspectives from multiple cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Translate the vision and priorities into Product team work streams and create the product/s backlog/s
  • Work with stakeholders to get buy‑in and approval on all major directional decisions for the product
  • Lead and work within a multidisciplinary team, bringing together user needs and considering both business and technical considerations/constraints

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Ability to define and articulate product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, project teams, functional managers, and specialists from various areas (such as digital, operations, policy, and legal)
  • Ability to build consensus, manage expectations, and facilitate effective decision‑making and prioritization
