Overview

Prime Life Ltd are delighted to be recruiting for an HR Advisor to join them on a full time permanent basis. This is an incredible job opportunity to join a business that are dedicated to providing a high standard of care to its residents.

You will be joining a team of talented, solution focussed and driven human resources specialists. Our purpose is to support our managers to make Prime Life a great place to work. We advise and coach managers in their management of ER cases, upholding fair and just policies in-line with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice to deliver the best care for our residents.

This is an office based role however the business are nationally spread and regular travel to Prime Life Homes will be required.

What to Expect
  • Management of your own caseload of ER issues using your knowledge in ER and employment law, from receipt of a case through to its conclusion
  • Provide HR advice in relation to HR policy, practices & procedures
What we are looking for
  • Employee Relations knowledge or keen interest in Employee Relations
  • CIPD qualified or a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Keen interest in Employment Law
  • Strong understanding of and respect for confidentiality
  • Care Sector experience would be advantageous although not essential

  • Curious thinker - has an inquisitive mind, researches and asks questions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong case management skills where there are competing priorities
  • Well organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and to work on own initiative.
  • Coaching & influencing – uses different approaches and influencing techniques supported by logic, facts and key benefits.
