Human Resources Information System Administrator
We’re looking someone who is genuinely passionate about People Systems and excited by the opportunity to help shape and scale an HRIS in a fast-growing, acquisitive business.

40 hours per week
This role will play a key part in building structure, consistency and efficiency across our people workflows, ensuring our HRIS supports the needs of the business today and scales with us for the future. You’lljoin a small but ambitious People Team of3, supporting the Group as it enters its next phase of growth with a relatively new HRIS. You’ll help evolve the system, increase automation and data capabilities to improve workflow efficiency, drive better data capture and ultimately, ensurethe systems and processes meet the growing needs of the business.
Given the nature of the business and the growth trajectory, you can also expect tobe involved inwider initiativeswhilst supporting newlyacquiredbusinesses as they transition to our systems and practices.
What You’ll Do:Set up new business entitles within the HRIS, ensuring accurate configuration and smooth integration
Design, build and continuously improve workflows to streamline people processes
Test, implement and optimise new modules and system functionality
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver change smoothly and successfully, particularly with newlyacquiredbusinesses.
Assist with the development and rollout of new system functionality, creating user documentation and providing ongoing support and guidance.
Manage compliance across the HRIS including GDPR, pay reporting and other key regulatory requirements.
Create and deliver insightful people analytics reports to support managers and leadership decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership tovalidatepayroll and resolve system-related issues.
Maintain and update the benefitsmoduleand ensureaccurateprocessing of employee choices.
What We're Looking For:You’llbe an experienced HRIS Advisor or Coordinator, or a tech savvy HR Assistant/Administrator, with experience of system implementation,testing andHR metricsandanalytics. You will need to be comfortable operating proactively, whilstworkingin a supportive environment that fosters learning from mistakes in pursuit of innovation and improvement.
Ideally,you’llbring:
Hands-on experience managing an
HRIS platform(experience of Payroll and Time & Attendance systems would also be beneficial).
A background in HR operations,system sand compliance.
Knowledge of UK employment law (European practiceswould bea bonus).
Analytical mindset to turn data into insights and improvements.
A collaborative approach and a keen eye for continuous improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A valid UK drivers license
