An established nursery group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple early years settings. You will need previous recruitment experience in the Childcare Sector for this role.

This is a confidential replacement hire, offering the opportunity to step into a pivotal role and make an immediate impact on workforce planning, hiring quality, and speed of delivery.

• Managing recruitment across multiple nursery settings
• Advertising roles and sourcing candidates via job boards, databases and direct outreach
• Screening, interviewing and coordinating candidates through to offer
• Working closely with senior leadership to understand hiring priorities
• Managing compliance checks and onboarding processes
• Improving recruitment processes, candidate experience and time-to-hire
• Acting as the main point of contact for all recruitment activity

• Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident managing multiple roles simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Early years / education / healthcare recruitment experience would be an advantage, but is not essential

• Salary up to £35,000 per annum
