Assistant Bar and Lounge Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a renowned establishment known for its outstanding hospitality.

• Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and quality.

• Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment.

• Manage stock levels, conduct inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative cocktail menus and enhance bar offerings.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-end bar or hospitality setting.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverage trends.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Competitive salary of £33,000 per annum, plus approximately £6,500 in tronc.

• Live-in accommodation available (subject to availability).

• A 48-hour workweek spread over 5 days.
