Job Overview

We are expanding our Neurodevelopmental offer for children and young people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, and are growing our team to improve experiences for CYP and families. This full‑time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday) role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a car. The post supports the Neurodevelopment (ND) Improvement Programme, which aims to improve outcomes for CYP with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

The programme focuses on understanding current resources, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing new delivery, workforce and financial models. Successful candidates will join an ambitious, passionate team of clinical and administrative colleagues. You will help drive improvements, reduce waiting lists, and increase access to support. The role requires delivering high‑quality care, working creatively and at pace, and keeping CYP and families at the centre of decision‑making.

We are committed to innovation, learning, reducing inequalities, and improving quality and access to services.
