Night Senior Care Assistant

• Plan and implement personalised care plans that promote dignity, security and independence.
• Support residents in daily activities, medication administration, physical and mental stimulation, and social recreation.
• Lead and mentor a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses and care managers to deliver quality care.
• Maintain accurate records, administer medication safely, and follow safeguarding procedures.

• Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care (level 3 qualification or equivalent desirable).
• Experience caring for people with dementia and person‑centred care planning.
• Excellent record‑keeping, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Positive energy, kindness and ability to work collaboratively.

• Paid DBS/PVG background check
