Support with gaining confidence and routine.
Preferred days/timesTuesday and/or Thursday – times to be agreed with the PA.
Tasks / duties- Prompting with personal care and hygiene to create a routine, motivation in maintaining a habitable home, and accessing the community
- Providing support to build confidence for social connections
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Psoriasis – creams are applied
- Schizophrenia – The client can sometimes have challenging behaviours.
Some support with transfers.
CommunicationThe client has no communication issues.
Client enjoysListening to music and watching films, and going shopping, having conversations.
This opportunity is suited for someone who is responsible, reliable, patient, and friendly, and respectful of others’ privacy, dignity, values and beliefs.
