Job SummaryThe Female Support Worker will provide personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living tasks. The role requires patience, flexibility, and the ability to manage challenging behaviour while encouraging independence and participation in social activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals
- Encourage independence and emotional wellbeing
- Assist with domestic duties (cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal finances)
- Support with medication management and record keeping
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Provide first aid when required
- Enable participation in leisure and social activities
- Manage and diffuse challenging behaviour effectively
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexible and committed
- Patient, logical, and able to manage challenging situations
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
- Experience working with challenging behaviour
- Valid UK driving licence
- £12.60 per hour

- Paid full training and induction
