Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop clinical skills by facilitating group work and 1:1 work. The successful postholders will also deliver bespoke off ward groups with a clinical psychologist or psychological therapist. You will work closely with your clinical supervisor and ward teams, which will enable you to foster good working relationships. There will be opportunity for you to participate in team formulation sessions and reflective practice.

Responsibilities- Direct clinical work including co-facilitation of groups, 1:1 clinical work or potentially working with the individuals system e.g. family/carers.
- Attending MDT daily review meetings and departmental meetings and team development slots
- Engaging in reflective practice sessions
- Conducting quality improvement projects
- To work with the inpatient psychology team to support the delivery of a high-quality, responsive and accessible psychological service.
