The Role

Advance supports people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities across the UK. As our services grow, we are strengthening our focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. We are seeking a Business Assurance Auditor to deliver audits across multiple regions, focusing on RSH, CQC, and compliance standards. You will support continuous improvement by assessing risks, producing audit reports, and helping teams meet regulatory and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver audit programmes aligned with regulations
  • Lead audits across supported housing and support services
  • Assess risk and performance
  • Produce reports and action plans
  • Track action progress
  • Support teams with compliance and best practice
  • Lead investigations and assurance projects
  • Deliver training on compliance and audit readiness
  • Advise leaders on RSH standards
What You’ll Bring Essential Skills & Experience
  • Audit or quality assurance experience in social care or housing
  • Working towards/holding an auditing or assurance qualification
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and report‑writing ability
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, RSH and CQC
  • Good IT skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, audit tools)
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel
Desirable
  • GDPR and information governance knowledge
  • ISO 9001 or risk management training
  • Understanding of supported living or tenancy‑related services
