As a Non-Accredited Financial Investigator with the East Midlands Special Operations Unit, you’ll support investigations into financial crimes by developing intelligence, gathering evidence and helping to recover assets through obtaining confiscation orders including those to compensate victims of crime.
We have a full-time (37 hours) and part-time position (25.9 hours) available.
You’ll be- Planning investigations ensuring they are conducted thoroughly
- Identifying criminally obtained assets and conducting confiscation inquiries
- Providing specialist financial investigation advice to a range of stakeholders
- Be a current National Crime Agency accredited Financial Intelligence Officer and be willing to obtain NCA Financial Investigator accreditation.
- Be skilled in writing accurate and detailed reports and criminal/civil files.
- Have experience prioritising and managing a high workload to meet deadlines.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have 5 years’ continuous residency in the UK.
