Accounts And Bookeeper

Overview

Must have experience in Accountancy, Finance , Economics or any other related field. Must have extensive experience in accounting and/or finance. Must have experience with LEAP software and Sage 50 payroll and knowledge of MS Excel. Must have excellent verbal presentation skills. Must have excellent organisational, scheduling, planning and analytical skills with an ability to meet deadlines.

• Duties will be preparing company's annual accounts and quarterly VAT returns and monthly payroll processing.
• Reconciliation of client accounts monthly in addition to business accounts.
• Must keep clients' financial records up to date and analyse and generate reports for external auditor.
• Prepare quarterly cash flow forecasts.
• To keep financial records of advocates and experts' fees.
• To maintain financial controls.
