As a Financial Controller you will play a pivotal role in the financial management and strategy of the organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, manage financial reporting, ensure SOX compliance, and support manufacturing operations. Your leadership will also extend to managing and developing a talented finance team.

Description- Oversee and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Ensure SOX compliance and lead the company's internal controls and auditing processes
Complementary. - Provide financial guidance and support to the manufacturing function, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing development opportunities and fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance with US corporate standards.
- Qualified Accountant: ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Experience in Manufacturing:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of cost structures and financial operations. - SOX Expertise:
Experience working with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) regulations and ensuring compliance in a corporate setting. - Large/US Company
Experience:
Experience working in começaram, large, complex, US‑based corporate organisations. - Team Leadership:
Proven ability to manage, develop, and mentor finance teams to achieve organisational goals.
