CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a highly respected and growingamiz professional services business based in Leicester
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take full ownership of the internal finance function within a well-established accountancy practice. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, improving processes and delivering high-quality financial insight. Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly management accounts, forecasts, KPIs and financial analysis
• Manage budgets, cashflow and financial performance across the business
• Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with statutory and pension requirements
• Prepare year-end accounts, VAT returns and regulatory submissions
• .Class Name Partner  with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions

What Experience is Required

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in an internal finance or management accounting role
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and modern accounting systems
