We’re hiring a Finance Manager to help drive performance, strategy, and financial governance across our client's leading hospitality brand.

This is a broad, hands‑on role covering business partnering, FP&A, management accounting, and commercial finance
, working closely with operators, senior stakeholders, and key client accounts.

• Partner with operational leaders to influence strategic and day‑to‑day decisions
• Deliver clear, commercial insight to clients and internal stakeholders
• Build financial models to support new business, tenders, and contract changes
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews
• Own month‑end processes and support audit requirements
• Improve finance processes and reporting quality across the business

• Strong commercial finance background in a complex or client‑facing environment
• Proven experience in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Confident business partner with excellent stakeholder skills
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
• ACCA / CIMA qualification and sector experience (rail, hospitality, contract services) a plus
