Finance Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a thriving manufacturing business. If you have experience working in transactional finance, and are an AAT studier and are looking for progression this will be an ideal next role.

My client is a well-established Manufacturing business and a global leader in their field.

• Manage daily employee expenses.
• Assist with credit control and help resolve customer disputes with both local and global finance teams.
• Support the Financial Reporting Manager with audit processes.
• Collaborate on month-end reporting to ensure deadlines are met.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and drive improvements to finance-related business processes.
• Respond positively to changing priorities and provide assistance when required.
• Utilise company systems effectively to complete tasks accurately and on time.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Prior experience working in a busy finance function.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a team in a professional setting.
