Overview
As Finance Controller, you will prepare monthly management accounts, manage sales ledgers, participate in the hotel forecasting process and hotel budget processes, supporting the forecast of payroll and expenses, as well as reviewing and challenging the revenue forecast as appropriate. You will compile a monthly cash flow forecast and monitor bank transactions, as well as attend Owner and Management Company meetings as required.
As Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the team. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments are also essential.
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Manage sales ledgers
- Participate in hotel forecasting and budget processes; support payroll and expenses forecasting; review and challenge revenue forecast as appropriate
- Compile monthly cash flow forecast and monitor bank transactions
- Attend Owner and Management Company meetings as required
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting for the hotel
- Age 18 or above
- Basic Disclosure Check will be requested as part of onboarding
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work closely with the team
- Effective communication and collaboration with other departments
