Our Finance team plays a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring accurate financial processes, strong controls and smooth day to day operations that support the wider business.

As part of a close knit Accounting team, you will help ensure financial processes are accurate, timely and well managed. Typical responsibilities include:

• Processing invoices and purchase orders accurately
• Managing payment runs and completing bank reconciliations
• Handling expenses and credit card transactions
• Maintaining financial trackers and supporting cashflow forecasting
• Assisting with month end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries

This role suits someone who takes pride in accuracy, organisation and doing things properly.

We would be keen to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in a finance or accounts based role
• Working knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software
• Strong Excel skills and confidence using financial trackers
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
