Environmental and Sustainability Lead (Manufacturing) – £50,000 - £55,000 + Development + Progression + Autonomous Role + Excellent Company Benefits. Ideally Located:
Leicester, Wigston, Coalville, Loughborough, Glenfield, Nuneaton, Lutterworth, etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding manufacturer where you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company's sustainability and environmental strategy. The company have continued to grow year on year and have established themselves as a trusted supplier to businesses across the UK. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking to appoint a Sustainability & ESG Manager to help drive environmental performance and support their long-term sustainability goals.

In this role you will lead the development and implementation of ESG initiatives, manage Environmental Management Systems and support projects focused on improving environmental performance and reducing carbon footprint.

This position would suit someone with a background in ESG, sustainability or environmental management within manufacturing, looking for a role where they can take ownership of initiatives and make a real impact within the business.

• Lead and develop the company's ESG and sustainability strategy
• Manage Environmental Management Systems and compliance initiatives
• Support and deliver projects aimed at improving environmental performance and reducing carbon footprint
• Work Monday to Friday, days

• Experience in Sustainability, ESG or Environmental management
• Experience working with environmental legislations
• Seeking an autonomous and rewarding role
