I am working with a reputable building envelope contractor seeking an Estimator to join their commercial team due to sustained growth.

They are open to:

• A candidate with transferable estimating experience from a related construction discipline who can be developed

You will be responsible for:

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documents
• Producing take-offs and BOQs
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Supporting tender submissions
• Working closely with technical and delivery teams

For experienced façade estimators, there may be flexibility on hybrid working. For developing candidates, this role will require full‑time office attendance initially.

• Strong knowledge of remediation projects
• Ability to price complex envelope packages
• Understanding of fire compliance upgrades

• Estimating background in roofing, drylining, curtain walling, external works or similar
• Strong numerical and commercial acumen

• Growing contractor within a high-demand remediation sector
• Stable pipeline of secured projects
• Employee Owned Trust structure
