My client is a regional building contractor. They are very well placed within the market place with a strong and reputable reputation. Due to winning positions on several frameworks they are looking to strengthen their teams with a Senior Site Engineer.

The Senior Site Engineer will be working on new build projects/frameworks for local authority, with the main scope of works being schools and commercial. You will have previously worked for a contractor setting out dimensional drawings accurately. Reading all project specifications and producing take-offs of materials required. You will be fully proficient in drawings, checking that levels are accurate to scale for new works.

You will ensure all health and safety is adhered to at the strictest level on site. You will have technical ability to add value as a Senior Site Engineer.

• Work on new build projects/frameworks for local authority (schools and commercial sectors).
• Set out dimensional drawings accurately and interpret project specifications.
• Produce take-offs of materials required.
• Check drawings and ensure levels are accurate to scale for new works.
• Maintain Health and safety compliance on site to the required standards.

• Industry experience in a similar role.
• Appropriate Qualification (min HNC).
• Relevant CSCS card
• FIRST AID
