I’m looking for a motivated Associate NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Centre.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid 2nd line experience who’s ready to step up, develop their technical skills, and support the stability and performance of our clients’ systems.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor services through our RMM platform and elevate alerts appropriately
- Support tuning and optimisation of monitoring and alerting
- Assist with managing backups, resolving failures, and completing restores
- Help maintain patching schedules for servers and end‑user devices
- Support firmware/software updates and infrastructure maintenance
- Monitor storage solutions and contribute to monthly reporting
- Update documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Assist with network security, certificates, and firewall changes
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server environments
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and SAN basics
- Experience with AD, GPOs, Exchange, O365, RDS/Citrix
- Familiarity with backup solutions, DNS/DHCP, and Power Shell
- 2–3 years’ IT support experience (2nd line level desirable)
