Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workshop Engineer at CTE UK, located in Enderby. The Workshop Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of access platforms and other equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, conducting inspections, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring equipment meets safety standards. The role also involves liaising with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations and occasionally providing training on equipment usage and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Heavy Equipment and practical experience with Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Experience working in Workshops and handling maintenance tools and equipment
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
• Ability to provide Training to users on equipment operation and safety
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with access platforms and safety standards is a plus
