This Leicester-based multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop their skills while working on a variety of contaminated land and ground investigation projects across the East Midlands. You'll receive hands‑on training, mentoring from experienced engineers, and structured support towards your professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with Phase 1 and Phase 2 ground investigations and site assessments.
  • Supporting site supervision, logging, and data collection.
  • Contributing to desktop studies and factual and interpretive report writing.
  • Assisting with basic geotechnical and geo‑environmental assessments (e.g. foundations, earthworks, and contamination risks).
  • Working collaboratively within project teams to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Hold a degree in geotechnical engineering, geology, geoscience, environmental science, earth sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Ideally, have some relevant experience (e.g. placement year, internship, or graduate role) and familiarity with trial pitting and desktop studies.
  • Hold a clean and valid UK driving licence.
  • Be commutable to the Leicester area.
  • Have full right to work in the UK.
