You will likeThe role places you in full responsibility for the planning, coordinating and execution of mechanical, plumbing, building services projects ranging in value from £50K to £5 million. You will manage procurement processes, sub‑contractors, site activities, and resolve site issues while ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration with electrical works and other trades.
Responsibilities- Managing procurement processes – developing technical specifications, drawings, plant/equipment schedules, and documentation.
- Managing sub‑contractors, site activities and supplier ordering.
- Attending site meetings, resolving site issues and organising commissioning and handover documentation.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
- Understanding and organising interfaces between mechanical, electrical works, trades etc.
- Utilising AutoCAD for design and documentation support.
- 5+ years UK experience in design & construction of M&E/HVAC.
- Good track record running projects to £5M+.
- Experience in procurement, cost management, and commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in mechanical building services.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Team player able to fit into the wider MEP team.
Salary of £60K‑£65K+ plus package, with benefits including a company car/car allowance, laptop, mobile phone, pension, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
