We’re seeking Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a growing, well‑structured engineering team. This is not a firefighting role — you’ll be part of a large, well‑invested factory with healthy maintenance budgets, strong processes and a supportive team ethos. Shift Pattern
  • 4 on / 4 off – Days and Nights (12‑hour shifts): 06:30‑18:30 / 18:30‑06:30 (blocks of

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver hands‑on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
  • Perform both reactive and planned maintenance
  • Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities
  • Work closely with production to meet performance goals
  • Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork
Qualifications
  • Time‑served or apprenticeship‑trained engineer
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
  • Strong electrical skillset
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a team player
  • Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward‑thinking engineering department
